Both allow you to spread your purchases over four easy payments. Dealers get paid ahead in full, while both entities charge your credit card merchant four equal payments. A Year in Review I would be a fool to say that 2020 was a good year. I hope that everyone who reads this is well, and that they (and their loved ones) have all been safe this year. Needless to say- many of your fellow pen pals have changed the way they buy/use/deal in the pen hobby. Everyone is hopeful for a speedy distribution of vaccines, and returning to a Pen Show in 2021. Still Online Only-Still Growing! Greetings Pen Pals! It has been a tough year.. Covid19 is a concern, and we express our best wishes for everyone's health and safety! The last 2020 pen show to run (with no interruption) was the Long Island Show back in March, and all shows since then have been cancelled. The Detroit Pen Show is still on the schedule for November, but that looks unlikely given the situation. Gold/Silver and Pens Should you be concerned with the increase in gold and silver? The answer depends on what pens mean to you, as well as other factors. I am going to approach this topic from different viewpoints... (If you have been paying attention- Silver has more than doubled this year. Gold is up more than 80%- will double at 2400 per oz!
